Case Management

Case Management serves as a central figure in coordinating services and resources to help clients navigate complex social systems. My primary goal is to enhance the well-being and quality of life for my clients by addressing their unique needs and empowering them to overcome barriers. Some areas of case management include: Education, Employment, Independent Living, Parenting Skills, Healthy Relationships, Budgeting, Personal Hygiene, Emotional Intelligence, Healthcare, and other appropriate support and services.

Resource Management

(Project Based/Not Client facing): Resource management is centered around optimization and efficiency. It involves the strategic planning, allocation, and utilization of resources, to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Tasks may include, sourcing educational opportunities, gathering a list of vetted apartments, or short-term project based tasks.

Independent Living Workshops/Speaking Engagements

The goal of the Independent Living Workshops is to enhance each client’s personal development skills in a group setting. Topics may include, Effective Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management, Personal Appearance, Money Management, Navigating Healthcare and Homemaking.
